Finding myself with a powerless driver's window and unable to shut it, I asked one of my colleagues at Sheppard AFB for a recommendation. Burk Light Truck and Auto was suggested, so I called them. They let me drop the car off, and it was repaired in 24 hours. Each person was notably friendly and genuinely focused on customer service. When it was all said and done, I left feeling like there had not been a problem at all.
