I sent in my rocking chair for a repair since one of the rockers at the bottom of it broke. they kept it for a week after telling us that their "wood guy" would be in to look at it in only 3 days. But that's not why i'm mad. they gave it back to us and told us that there was nothing they could do to fix it. After closer inspection of the antique we found there to be several new gouges, skid marks and a new break in the back of it, as well as paint drippings on the seat. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this store. I expected them to treat other peoples items with dignity and respect.
