I LOVE Pizza Hut pizza. The people are friendly and very helpful. Every time I've been it's been clean and well maintained .
No fresh pizza on buffet during entire hour that we were there. No one came and checked on us. No refills offered. No plates cleared from the table. When paying our bill, I asked if we got charged for just salad bars, since that's all that was available, and was told no. No apologies either! Tried to pay with my debit card, and was told I needed ID to pay with a card. Had to go to the car to get it, no big deal, but the 2 people before me who paid with cards weren't asked for ID. Won't be going back.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered online, waited 10 minutes after it said it would be ready before getting there. There were 6 people ahead of me. All waiting for their food. When it was finally my turn in line, there were 6 more people behind me, and they start calling other people that arrived after me when my order was in the warmer since at least we got there. It was a disorganized free for all! After waiting about 20 min, I left with no pizza. I wasn't going to wait any longer. I will never order another thing there.
