First off - I wan't to say the staff was very friendly and courteous. However - I do not feel they had the experience needed for the prices they charge. I felt like we kept throwing money at different parts in hopes it would fix it.
DO NOT GO HERE! They will overcharge and scam you! I had a guy come to my house to fix a leakage of my house was charged 245$ for them to just change a filter "which I still had to go buy myself" and unclog a pipe. A week later my house was still leaking, I called them and when they finally got back to me they had another guy come over and say it was a completely another issue. They wanted to recharge me again. Even though they had already charged me a week ago and didn't fix the issue.They were extremely rude. They completely take advantage of people. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else!
Since Mike Graham installed the unit 12 years ago I called them up. $450 dollars later - it was still not fixed. Now they were quoting me another $1500 to get it fixed (They were pushing pretty hard for me to get a new unit). So now I am looking at almost $2000 to fix a $500 dollar part that was incorrectly diagnosed.
I called up another AC company and had them install the new part at a fraction of the cost. The new company showed me exactly how to diagnose it and why that was the root cause. Even before they installed the new part they just hooked up the wires to ensure it was the root cause (didn't want to charge me if it was something different).
Customer for life. His team is GREAT!!! Mike Graham has the very best employees. Very helpful, courteous, punctual and very nice. They have always responded quickly in an emergency. Great job. PS also includes the office team. Great work. Jim and Barbara Schoyen

We had Mike Graham replace our 30 + year old HVAC system 17 Yrs ago and they have been servicing it since then. They are a great Company to do business with, Friendly and Professional. We would Highly Recommend anyone needing HVAC Servicing or Replacement to give them a call. They also just replaced our Water Heater that lasted us 23 yrs. The above still applies to them being Friendly and Professional.
Just had a new AC and heating unit installed and I have been happy with every step of the process. Everyone involved has been extremely polite and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone.
